Lucentum Rooms & Residence is a guesthouse that opened just over two years ago in the heart of Prato, just a 4-minute walk from Porta Santa Trinita (330 m), the beginning of the city’s historic center, a 15-minute walk from Prato Porta al Serraglio Station (1.3 km), a 20-minute walk from Prato Centrale Station (1.7 km), and about a 6-minute drive from the Prato Est motorway exit (3.7 km). Its strategic location isn’t its only selling point; it’s also complemented by a welcoming atmosphere, tastefully furnished with high-quality features, meticulous attention to detail, and a green approach, including the plants in every room and in the beautiful internal patio, where strelitzias, calla lilies, and papyrus make it a truly magical space. The Lucentum rooms reflect the name of the structure itself, that is, “bright”, airy, each with a private bathroom and large shower, equipped with every comfort, as described in the details of each room, including a “work space” with a desk and comfortable chair.
Lucentum Executive
The Lucentum Executive is spread across multiple levels. On the First Floor, you’ll find the “First Floor Lucentum”: the Reception, an airy relaxation area with retro-style sofas and armchairs, and a large kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Then there are six elegant, spacious, and bright rooms (Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6), equipped with every comfort and high-quality furnishings, and a private bathroom with a large shower, all with windows.
On the Ground Floor, at the back of the building, is the Ground Floor Lucentum, with a private entrance, a relaxation area with retro seating and tables, and a small kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The Ground Floor is ideal as a compact accommodation, completely independent from the First Floor, where Rooms 7, 8, and 9 are located.
Lucentum Services
The facility features private, unattended, paid parking with 24-hour video surveillance and lighting. Lucentum customers are only allowed to use the parking lot upon reservation and subject to availability. Guests can relax on the sun terrace or in the garden, enjoying garden or city views. The outdoor seating area provides a pleasant setting for outdoor dining. The property features a coffee shop, private check-in and check-out services, full-day security, and luggage storage.

Completing the ground floor, on the façade, is a soon-to-open space: the Lucentum Sports Club, a place where balance and movement, cross-fit and Pilates meet. It’s ideal for those looking to relax and recharge. It features changing rooms with private showers and bathrooms.
