GENERAL RECEPTION.
Lucentum’s reception is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 10:00 AM to
1:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Staff dedicated to welcoming guests will be available at the reception desk. Access is guaranteed at all times via electronic keypads and access codes that ensure independent entry to the property, on each floor, including the parking lot.
CHECK-OUT is from 9:00 to 10:00. In case of early check-out,
guests must notify management during business hours so that
they can carry out the check-out procedures the day before.
Check-in
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in, you’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.
